From an early age, Zackery discovered a love for exercise and fitness. Devoting himself to competitive running in school and finding a deep passion for weightlifting while in college, fitness has become the guiding force in his life. His dedication led to the completion of an official marathon, three half marathons, and even a first-place finish at a nationally-ranked powerlifting meet. Additionally, Zackery has excelled in men’s physique competitions, securing three gold medals and the Men’s Physique Overall title at the 2024 Ottawa Natural Classic. Zackery has also competed on the National level, earning a bronze medal in Men’s Physique at the 2024 Toronto Pro Qualifier.

With over a decade of experience, he has honed training techniques and nutritional knowledge, achieving certifications in Personal Training, Nutrition, and Run Coaching from the International Sports Sciences Association.

Liberty Fitness is here to provide quality weight training, run coaching, and nutritional guidance to produce sustainable, goal-oriented results for long lasting health and wellness.
