Cancellation Policy for Virtual Sports Nutrition Crash Course

We value your commitment to improving your health and nutrition through our virtual crash course. To ensure that both you and our coach can make the most of this experience, please review our cancellation policy:

No Reimbursement for Missed Sessions:

  • Once you have enrolled in our virtual nutrition crash course and payed the invoice, please note that we do not offer reimbursements for missed sessions. This policy is in place to ensure the integrity of our program and to respect the time and effort put forth by our team.

Rescheduling Policy:

  • If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may request to reschedule it. Rescheduling is subject to the availability of the coach.

  • To reschedule, you must contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Requests made within 24 hours of the session may not be accommodated.

  • All rescheduling requests should be directed to zac@libertyfitness.ca.

Coach Availability:

  • Rescheduled sessions will be arranged based on the availability of the coach. We strive to accommodate your preferred time slots, but we cannot guarantee specific dates or times.

  • In the event of conflicting schedules, we will work with you to find the next available slot that works for both you and the coach.

How to Reschedule:

  • To reschedule your session, please email zac@libertyfitness.ca or follow this link to schedule your preferred new date and time.

  • Our team will respond within 48 hours to confirm the new session details or to propose alternative options.

Failure to Reschedule:

  • If you do not contact us to reschedule within the stipulated time frame, or if you fail to attend the rescheduled session, the session will be considered forfeited, and no further rescheduling will be allowed for that session.

  • Clients are responsible for their own health and well-being and should consult with a healthcare professional before making significant changes to their diet or following any specific dietary recommendations.

  • Liberty Fitness is not responsible for any injuries, health problems, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of information provided during the course.
