We’ll even help you select an event and tailor your training plan to ensure you’re prepared and confident on race day.

RUN COACHING PACKAGES INCLUDE:

  • We will meet at a agreed upon time by phone or video call to discuss your context and goals in order to create a tailored training and nutrition program. We will walk through the run-specific scientific markers of performance and measure your resting, maximum, and reserve heart rates.

  • We will provide you with access to our tools that make your training simple and effective.

  • We will provide a tailored plan designed to achieve your goals.

  • We will provide dietary guidance to ensure that you are properly fuelled.

  • We will provide guidance on rest and recovery to ensure that you make the most out of your training.

  • Training plans will be adjusted as you progress.

  • Check-ins are on Sunday mornings. It is your responsibility to respond to our questions and communicate effectively.

  • Aside from your primary fitness goal, we will be setting incremental goals on a weekly basis or as required.
